Great experience. I was able to book a last minute appointment to get 3 piercings, helix, 3rd on one lobe, and 2nd on the other lobe. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I really liked the selection of jewelry available.
The piercing process was very professional and clean. The woman doing my piercings did a great job explaining the process and after care. She really took her time to make sure all the piercings were in the locations I wanted. The piercing itself hurt a lot less than anticipated and she was very quick and efficient with the piercing then putting in the earring all while explaining everything she was doing the whole time. They also give a card with a date for recommended followup appointments to make sure everything is going well and decrease the length of the earring once any swelling is done.
Now here's to properly caring for them for many month until they fully heal and hoping they don't have issues.

I Spent about 500+ on the piercing and the jewelry (I went all out on the jewelry so don’t let the price scare you). I will say though if you’re looking for cheap $20-40 piercings this isn’t the place for you.
I definitely plan on coming back for future piercings. They’re extremely clean and sterilized throughout the process.

Took my youngest in last night for 2nd and 3rds in her lobes. Can’t thank you enough Craig, your team is top notch!! I can’t believe I ever took my older daughters to the mall for their first piercings. Thankful to have better knowledge now and for discovering your shop. Love you guys!!!
Absolutely the best place to take your child to get their ears pierced properly and safely. Their building is extremely clean and organized, and the piercers show you the sterilized equipment to be used. The 2 piercers explained everything in depth to my daughter beforehand, and nothing was a surprise to her. They were great - she didn't even flinch during the piercing. Also, they had a great selection of medical-grade earrings to choose from to wear until the piercing heals. They also teach you how to keep the piercing clean and send you home with a bottle of sterile saline spray. It's definitely a great place for piercings!
We had a wonderful piercing experience with Blake. My 9 year old daughter finally mustered up the courage to get her ears pierced but we were all nervous based on how she acted getting her flu shot the week prior. Blake was very calming to her and walked her through the entire process. She was bracing for the worst when Blake and Jason were already done with the tandem piercing! Quick and painless, even by my daughter’s standards. The place is very clean, well-decorated and they have a nice selection of jewelry. We drove all the way from Mount Vernon to come here because my friend, who is good at researching businesses for certain services, recommended this place and said everyone she knows takes their daughters here to get their ears pierced. From the start, they are very professional, extremely easy to communicate with and scheduling an appointment could not have been easier. Once there, the shop is very welcoming and absolutely spotless. We took our daughter to see Matt and were extremely happy with his attention to every single detail, the step by step explanation of what he was doing, what to expect, and his patience in dealing with our daughter and her 10,000 questions (plus he was a lot of fun to talk to!). I would highly recommend Craig Pokes U and will definitely go to Matt again!
Great experience! I was nervous at first but Wade made me feel comfortable. He was helpful, professional and friendly. I will definitely return if/when I get another piercing or change out my nose ring!
Love, love, love this studio. I’ve had two sets of piercings done here and Blake was professional and above board. I did my research on local studios and CraigPokesU checked all the necessary boxes for licenses and certifications. I even had to walk in one day after having to take out my piercings for an MRI. They were super helpful and polite getting them back in when I was unable.
